When I visit I get a blank, grey screen

If you run into a blank, grey screen while visiting - there’s a few troubleshooting steps you can do before emailing us.

Did you go to or 
  • This can make a difference sometimes! Best to try both ;-)
Is this happening on all browsers?
  • Some internet providers have media sources blocked in places like schools or public wifi hotspots in airports, ferries, train terminals, etc...
Do you have any antivirus programs that might be blocking your access to the site?
  • We have had some experience with antivirus programs updating and then requiring hitbox being whitelisted for whatever reason. We are working on preventing this from happening in the future :-)
Do you have any browser extensions that might be blocking the website?
  • We haven’t pinpointed which ones, but some browser extensions seem to block hitbox. Another thing we’re working on preventing in the future.
